RULES AND REGULATIONS AT UNIVERSAL ORLANDO®

Competition or Ratings Only
Superior: 90-100 Points
Excellent: 80-89 Points
Good: 70-79 Points

Appearance
Please wear standard uniforms when available. Groups without uniforms are required to wear dark slacks and/or skirts, (no jeans), white blouses or shirts (no T-shirts), and dark shoes (no tennis shoes). Please contact us if you have any questions concerning this.

Parade groups must be in full dress and forward a photo of the group in full uniform sixty (60) days prior to the performance. All parade groups must maintain continuous forward motion.

Selections and performance Time
All groups should perform two compositions of Director's choice. There is no required music list. Total on-stage time including set-up, tuning, optional brief warm-up to adapt to a preformance area, and performance is not to exceeed 30 minutes for choirs and 45 minutes for instrumental groups.

Clinic
An on-stage clinic will be conducted by one the adjudicators after performance, if time allows.

Judging
Three adjudicators will evaluate your performance. You shall furnish three original conductor's scores with measures numbered for each selection performed.

Equipment
Four timpani, concert bass drum, accoustic piano, chimes, xylophone, chairs and music stands are provided in the performance area. Drum sets and bass or guitar amplifiers will not be provided. Seven (7) sets of Wenger Risers are provided for choirs. There will be two (2) area microphones for the instrumental groups.

Award Presentation
Taped and written comments will be presented to your group along with a trophy(s) with the rating attached and placement (for groups competing) during the Grand Awards Ceremony. Each group will receive a recording of their performance.
